Foreword:
The parameters of the spring are material, wire diameter, outer diameter, middle diameter, inner diameter, pitch, free height, total number of turns, effective number of turns, working stroke, maximum compression, elastic force, winding ratio, whether the two ends and tight, grinding, special requirements. Do these parameters have to be provided when customizing the spring? Which parameters are required and which are not.
Some common spring data:
1. Wire diameter
2. Outer diameter
3. Inner diameter
4. Free length
5. Laps
6. Pitch
7. Elastic coefficient
All the data can be customized
The following is the compression spring customization guide, please read carefully.
First, customized compression spring needs to provide parameters
(1) free length;
(2) control diameter :(a) outer diameter, (b) inner diameter, (c) inner diameter of the casing,
or (d) outer diameter of the rod through which it passes;
(3) wire size "wire diameter";
(4) Material (type and grade);
(5) number of turns :(a) total number of turns and (b) right-handed or left-handed;
(6) surface treatment method;
(7) whether the two ends of the spring need to be ground.
Two, customized Tension spring to provide parameters
(1) free length;
(2) control diameter :(a) outer diameter, (b) inner diameter, (c) inner diameter of the casing,
or (d) outer diameter of the rod through which it passes;
(3) wire size "wire diameter";
(4) Material (type and grade);
(5) number of turns :(a) total number of turns and (b) right-handed or left-handed;
(6) surface treatment method;
(7) what is the shape and position of the retractor at both ends of the spring (side hook, middle hook).
Three, custom torsion spring to provide parameters
(1) free length;
(2) control diameter :(a) outer diameter, (b) inner diameter, (c) inner diameter of the casing,
or (d) outer diameter of the rod through which it passes;
(3) wire size "wire diameter";
(4) Material (type and grade);
(5) number of turns :(a) total number of turns and (b) right-handed or left-handed;
(6) Torsion force: the number of pounds deflected to a certain Angle;
(7) maximum deflection (Angle from the free position);
(8) Terminal form.
